Monochrome Stripes

This dress has to be my favourite summer dress (Miss Selfridge) this year, its comfortable, stripy and I love the unique cut. As its monochrome, I like to pair red with it to create a pop of colour and add a classic twist.

I accessorised with red ribbon necklace (Zanzibar), 'guardian angel' bracelets (Annie Haak) and my favourite black wedges (New Look).

I wore a red lip (Kiko Lip Stain-105) and left my hair in loose waves, fastening it with a red bow (American Apparel).

I love the detail on the back, as it adds a little something extra and makes it a bit more interesting than just a standard maxi dress.
