Happy Bunny
This is an outfit I wore today, I got the jumper for Christmas, and I was most definitely a happy bunny ;) (pardon my bad pun). My mother has fabulous taste. I actually wore this on Christmas day, but with a black woolly skirt and black tights and my Klarissa shoes.
I paired my long loose black and bunny jumper (Topshop) with black leggings (Next) for an easy going wintery look. I added my turquoise boots (Shoedazzle.com) for a touch of colour, left my hair loose and kept the accessories pretty simple to add to the laid back style of the outfit.
Excuse my rather shocked expression here, haha. For my makeup, I did a smokey eye, using my new mac smokey eye palette I got for Christmas. I put a taupey color on the lid, with a lighter shade of taupe on the inner corner of my eye, and a dark brown on the outer corner. I applied kohl eyeliner to the my waterline, and mascara to my lashes. I have been absolutely loving this lip colour for winter, I just feel it makes everything look a bit more winter-esque. Its 'Inhibition' from Topshop's makeup range.
These rosebud earrings were a gift from my Grandmother and she made them :D I love how girly and cutesy they are, I added them to add a touch of girlyness to an otherwise dark outfit. (I have actually received a whole parcel from my Nan for Christmas, and will be doing a separate post with everything I got soon)
I wore my combination of three rings from Silverado, I've had them a while but recently polished them, so they look all lovely and new again! As well as my native Canadian ring, which is a hummingbird. (I may do a post of all my unique jewellery, as I tend to collect it wherever I visit all over the world)
I painted my nails black, but wanted to add something to make it more interesting, so I added a glittery nail polish over the top. I think it kind of looks like a starry night, and I love it! It's not really visible, but I also have a purple star gem on my thumb nail.
